Your files and personal details

We use your contact information, delivery details, messages and artwork to review, quote and fulfil your project. Artwork is stored privately. Do not submit payment-card details in messages or files.

Your artwork remains yours

You retain rights to your submitted artwork and must have permission to reproduce it. We do not publish customer artwork as portfolio content without permission. Concept imagery on this site is illustrative.

Quotes, proofs and changes

A request is not a paid order. Your confirmed quote states specifications, delivery, taxes and validity. Changes after approval may need a new quote. Custom production starts only after payment verification and proof approval.

Quality and cancellations

Report a problem through your private project or the studio message window, with photographs where helpful. We assess manufacturing faults and transit issues. Cancellation depends on production progress; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and contact

Use the studio message window to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate record-keeping. Project links are private access links; keep them secure.
